Yes you can.  There’s a little comment button that goes along with every review and responding publicly in this way is a good way for business owners and members to add a helpful comment to a user's review. 

Responding to reviewers' concerns shows that you value their feedback and that you're always striving to improve.  If you feel that a reviewer is being particularly harsh or unfair it might be best to reach out privately to him or her  to see if there is a way to address their issue without airing more dirty laundry or having an attempt at authenticate communication go terribly wrong.   

Clicking on the reviewer’s name will take you to their profile where you will have the option to send them a private message.

Be careful that your words or actions are not mis-interpreted as an attempt to "buy" a good review.
