We go to great lengths to have our members demonstrate their authenticity by completing their profiles, and we also “nudge” their conscience a bit by having them fill in an approximate date they attended, or used whatever they are reviewing. 

As a business owner you can check this information, the date indicated on the review as well as their profile information, against your own records. 

If you have no records of the person ever having been one of your customers, then you have the option to reach out via a private or public comment on the site to gain clarification from the reviewer. 

You can then choose to leave a public comment to this person’s review where you can dispute this person’s right to have left the review.   You can lodge a dispute with us by sending us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If we believe that a clear violation of our TOS has occurred we will remove the person and their reviews from the site.
