What I liked about the course is that it dealt very quickly with the source of what holds you back in life: your fundamental beliefs that often work against what it is that you say you want in life, or who you say you are.

The Avatar technology is heavily based on easily understandable, but oh so hard-to-implement exercises that you spend almost all of Section II working on.

Avatar places heavy emphasis on your feelings, not just the emotions that come up, but empathic feelings towards other living and even inanimate objects. It proved very effective at getting out of your head. Avatar practitioners jokingly refer to themselves as being out of their minds.

In fact this may the reason why this course and perhaps why the entire Avatar technology is different from anything I've ever done, it's all about feeling, and this emphasis on feeling is perhaps why some people are reluctant to give it a try.

The support at my course was truly phenomenal. At every turn there was someone waiting to help me, or help me find someone who could. I never once had the feeling that I wasn't being taken care of.

Last but not least, I liked the very cool, open minded people I met.
