Explanations
What did you like?
I originally was not interested in this course because I did not want to lead Introductions to the Landmark Forum and while you get a lot out of the course beyond this, the program
is designed around the structure of training you to be an "Introduction Leader" for Landmark Education. However, when I realized that I could be trained in how to share the Landmark Forum effectively with people who are important to me (like my family) AND gain practical leadership skills, I decided it was worth a shot. Ultimately, I did meet the "measures"or requirements which qualified me to lead Introductions to the Landmark Forum and I did this successfully. Now it was time to choose whether or not I actually wanted to take on the commitment of being an Introduction Leader for Landmark Education. I was on the fence and I still did not experience myself as a leader. So I took on actually "being" an Introduction Leader for 2 years, including leading Introductions to The Landmark Forum and coaching the Introduction Leaders Program, and I truly experienced the power and fulfillment of making a difference in the lives of loved ones and strangers... just because you can. No payment or reward other than the pure satisfaction of knowing that you impacted another person's life and created an opening for them to make a difference for themselves in an area of life that is important to them. And all the while, I was fulfilling on matters of life that were important to me. This program requires you to walk the talk and then pay it forward. There are many coaches, program leaders, and staff members to support you along the way... all you have to do is ask! It can be intense, uncomfortable, fun, rewarding and it's a huge commitment.... one that will produce extraordinary outcomes for yourself and your life... if you're willing to honor your commitments to yourself and to others in the face of any and all circumstances.

The only requirement to participate in the Introduction Leaders Program is to complete the Landmark Forum and it is recommended that you complete the Advanced Course. I think participants would be better prepared
for the Introduction Leaders Program (ILP) if they were required to complete the entire "Curriculum for Living" AND the "Communication: Access to Power" course. The Curriculum for Living enables people to fully experience creating and living a life of possibility and the Communication: Access to Power course provides a high level of training in listening and being able to speak purposefully into another person's listening vs. just talking and pushing your views and opinions on others. These "pre-requisite" courses would create a better foundation for participants to complete the ILP with greater confidence and ease and would also generate improved customer satisfaction when people interact with Introduction Leaders or ILP participants.
