Explanations
What did you like?
The book gives an excellent overview of the decision process that everyone goes through when making a purchase decision. It also made me understand better than anything else that I have ever read
how and why to lead with problems rather than benefits.
The brain audit helps you think about how to even select your products or create new offers.
The seven steps are also a great checklist to apply when crafting new offers. If you are having problems getting customers to buy from you this book will help you understand what you are doing wrong.

What didn't work or could be improved?
This book has already been fine-tuned over the last five or more years, and since it is based on fundamental psychological and marketing concepts there is very little to change.
