What did you like?
The book gives an excellent overview of the decision process that everyone goes through when making a purchase decision. It also made me understand better than anything else that I have ever read Read More...
What didn't work or could be improved?
This book has already been fine-tuned over the last five or more years, and since it is based on fundamental psychological and marketing concepts there is very little to change.
